Job Description

The Mentone Hockey Club is seeking to appoint a Women’s Premier League Reserves Coach for the 2021 season and beyond.

 

The right candidate will have a focus on development and providing an environment that enables the team to perform to the best of its ability in a family friendly club.

 

There is also an opportunity for the right candidate to develop their coaching skills and work with the Women’s Premier League coach Jonathan Stebbings in delivering a consistent game strategy and approach.

 

Position Criteria:

• Plan and manage twice weekly training sessions
• Provide a positive and challenging training environment.
• Have a focus on player development, providing regular and clear feedback.
• Develop and clearly communicated match strategies and team goals
• Coach Premier League Reserves on match days.
• Provide input into team selection for Premier League and Premier League Reserves.
