Job Description

Head Coach (40-60%)

for the entire ladies/girls department of the LSC

from August 1, 2022 or by arrangement

 

As one of the leading Swiss field hockey clubs, we pursue the philosophy of ambitious elite teams in men’s and women’s field hockey, which rest on a broad foundation of junior teams.

For the ladies/girls department we are now looking for a motivated trainer personality, who will be responsible for the LSC ladies/girls field hockey conceptionally and as a trainer across all age categories.

THINGS YOU SHOULD BE ABLE AND WILLING TO DO

  • Experience in coaching business in one of the major European leagues
  • Track record with women/girls teams
  • German speaking, or willingness to learn German quickly
  • High social competence in dealing with players and parents
  • Ability to build up a women’s/girls’ division conceptually across several age groups
  • Willingness to commit to the LSC in the medium/long term
