Casual National Age Group Assistant Coach
Work closely with the Programme Head Coach and Head of Performance to ensure the successful implementation of the NAG programme.
Under the guidance of the Programme Head Coach deliver sessions in line with the Hockey Wales delivery plan.
Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of individual player performance with support from the Programme Head Coach.
Provide effective leadership and management to ensure all programme members live the Hockey Wales performance values and behaviours.
Participate fully in the reviewing of players welfare and pastoral requirements.
Work closely with the Programme Head Coach to assist all areas programme delivery. (technical and tactical, strength and conditioning, psychological, performance management, sport science support).
Adhere to Hockey Wales Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
