Job Description

Wakefield Ladies 1’s is a team on the rise and after gaining promotion to National League we are looking for talented hockey players with the right level of experience or potential to help us reach our objective of sustaining and developing this top standard of competition at the club.

We are searching for talented players to join our new Head Performance Coach who will add some extra quality and strength in depth to the squad (likewise our 2nd team play in North Div 1 and we would welcome interest in players joining at this level too).

Whether you are new to the area, currently overseas or you are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you. Depending on your personal circumstances for the right player we may be able to assist with payment and accommodation.

Wakefield is a strong historic club in Yorkshire with proud traditions, supported by 13 senior teams and 24 junior sides. Our club was an Olympic training base in 2012 and we have enjoyed a huge amount of success – be part of our future. The club can also boast a double water-based astro, on site clubhouse and a friendly/social atmosphere.
