Part-Time Ladies 1XI Coach

OCHC are seeking to appoint a Ladies 1XI coach for the 2018-19 season.
The team currently compete in the Surrey Ladies Hockey League with short-term ambitions to gain promotion to the South Women’s Hockey League.
Applicants should have previous experience of playing/coaching at a high level. Holding a minimum UKCC level 2 coaching qualification is preferred but is not a requirement. They should also have experience of developing junior players within a school or club setting.
OCHC also welcome overseas coaches to apply for this role.
Candidates applying for the role will be expected to deliver the following responsibilities:
-Lead all Ladies 1XI training sessions on a Tuesday from 7:30-9:30pm
-Commit to delivering high quality training sessions in line with the Director of Hockey’s vision for the club
-Travel with the Ladies 1XI squad on match days to all home and away fixtures
-Work with the Ladies 2XI coach and 1XI Captain to select the squads for the Ladies 1XI and 2XI for each fixture.
Salary: To be discussed on interview depending on experience and quality.
